The equipment fitting days and times are as follows for all Broncos players at the Charleswood Broncos Clubhouse 555 Oakdale Blvd. Fittings are done by age group with the oldest age group starting first.

Tuesday May 15th, 2012 6:30PM-8:00PM Bantam/Minor Bantam (13 & 14 Year Old Players) Equipment Fitting

Wednesday, May 16th, 2012  – 6:30pm-8:00pm (11 & 12 Year Old Players) Pee Wee Equipment Fitting

Thursday, May 17th, 2012 – 6:30pm-8:00pm (7, 8, 9 & 10 Year Old Players) Atom/Terminator Equipment Fitting

To make the equipment fitting go as quickly as possible all Bronco players are asked to download and fill out the top portion, player contact information, of the Equipment Form and bring the form with them to the equipment fitting. The equipment form can be downloaded here. Please come on the designated day of your age group. Equipment fitting is generally done by the coaches of the Broncos teams and it is a great opportunity for players to meet their coaches.

Below is a breakdown of what equipment costs the Charleswood Broncos Football club to outfit each player.

Each registered player will have the use of the following equipment, which is property of the Charleswood Broncos Football Club:

1)  1 pair of shoulder pads  ($175.00 each)

2)  1 helmet  ($175.00 each)

3)  1 game jersey ($60.00 each)

4)  1 pair of game pants  ($40.00 each)

5)  1 girdle  ($25.00 each)

6)  2 hip pads ($15.00 pair)

7)  1 tail pad  ($4.00 each)

8)  2 thigh pads  ($12.00 pair)

9)  2 knee pads ($8.00 pair)

10) Mouth guard ($2.00)

Total for outfitting one player is: $516.00.

The foregoing equipment is to be maintained by the player and returned clean upon request. In the event the article is not maintained or lost or not returned, the equipment bond will be cashed, unless the item is compromised as a result of contact while involved in a football practice or game.

Bronco practice jerseys can be purchased from the apparel department. Additional mouth guards are available for purchase from the canteen at $2.00 each.
